I just wanted to let you know Dagogo was sensational! All students were moving, engaged and most importantly thoroughly enjoying themselves. They said it was “the best incursion ever!”

We had four staff members present (including myself and the other Year 3 teacher) and we are all so inspired to find out more about the African culture!

I will definitely be recommending your company for our future incursions.

Cultural dance workshops for schools

All the children responded well, and Renee made sure that she adapted the program to suit our large varying age groups.

Excellent ideas and potions. She had lots of fantastic equipment, and really set the scene with music and lighting. All children enjoyed being hands on, and they got to take some slime home which everyone was super impressed with. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely look at having Renee with us again.

Students were very engaged.  They loved the dancing and movement.  It was also a great buddy activity where buddies could get together and learn the dances.  All feedback from teachers and students has been very positive.  Thanks for a great incursion. 10/10

Thank you for coming to our school and presenting for our students. I must say I really enjoyed it and I loved how there was a combination of role playing some bullying scenarios and a focus on social intelligence. Overall, very satisfied. I think as I mentioned on the day maybe use the projector for all students to see the 5 finger model.

We were blown away by the standard of the incursion and were so impressed with Anjali & Dagogo. They were incredible with the kids and made sure everyone was engaged and enjoying themselves. They provided information that linked in with our unit of inquiry and created a wonderful and purposeful learning experience. And… It was SO much fun!

Thanks again, we will be booking again next year!

This dance incursion was sensational, the students thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the program. They felt the instructors had great energy and enthusiasm as well as being friendly and encouraging. The students said that they really enjoyed the participation and being involved. They liked the story telling and culture of the Bollywood and African dance and thought it was great that the instructors dressed in costume for each style. I felt that the Australian Animal group activity was a little rushed and more appropriate for the junior age groups however upon reflection most of the students really enjoyed this aspect and wanted a little more time to make up their own dance. They also really enjoyed learning the Australian Hip Hop dance with Dagogo.

Overall this incursion was everything I could have asked for and more and I look forward to future dance incursions.
